At Hallyu Kitchen, we celebrate Korean cuisine : vibrant, generous, and full of flavor and life. Everything here is homemade, carefully sourced, and always served with a smile.

Chef Su-hyun and her team cook just like in Korea, honoring traditional methods.
The perfect meal? It Starts with crispy, juicy fried chicken, a pajeon pancake with caramelized edges, and freshly steamed mandu.
Next come a bibimbap, a japchae, and one of our famous sizzling grills, like bulgogi, best enjoyed ssam-style: wrapped in a lettuce leaf with rice, banchans, and our secret sauces.
And to finish on a sweet note: a bukumi waffle filled with peanut butter, or our surprising miso caramel sundae.

DRINK MENU
To complete the Hallyu experience, we’ve designed a drink menu that reflects our cuisine: bold and eclectic.
Our fusion cocktails blend Korea and Paris (Seoul Mule, Gochurita, Hanok Spritz…) for original creations that take you on a journey in a single glass.
You also can’t miss the Korean ritual, Somaek: a shot of soju dropped into beer.
Here, soju is shared by the bottle and pairs perfectly with Deck & Donohue craft draft, brewed in Paris, or the famous light beer Cass, a staple of Seoul canteens.
When it comes to wine, our selection highlights French vintages, often natural, carefully chosen to enhance Korean flavors.
